`we are all born naked`, the release!

Haus of Kinki co-founder Nikuman.co, and regulars Madzam Aika, and Jalizco Kaizer make their magazine debut in DON Magazine 4th installment, “No Filter”.

DON Magazine embraces drag's vulnerability and confidence. Mike Dinsmore's lens captures the journey from makeup outfits, to full transformation and delusion.

The official release party was held at The Sound Garden, Osaka and featured performances with many artists who made it into the magazine. Front-cover queen Madzam Aika was on hand to perform for the new audience with Madonna`s Vogue and Beyonce`s Crazy In Love! Aika shares, "I connected with the fantasy - from a charming boy to a sexy, confident queen, baring all." She grows personally, stating, "The project helped me embrace myself and my art." Madzam Aika's essence as an ambitious performer shines.

The project comes after a conversation between Dinsmore and Nikuman.co at DON magazine`s second installment release party, “Scales” where Nikuman.co submitted a piece based on her recent weight fluctuations.

“No Filter” features a 4-page spread of Nikuman.co in various stages of the drag process. Nikuman.co reflects on the project stating “It awaked something in me I thought I had lost, body confidence.”

Jalizco Kaizer shares, "The shoot made me feel like a superstar. The project spotlights authenticity. Jalizco Kaizer says, "Even if you travel, stay true to yourself."
