Haus of Kinki X 7UP Amemura

Haus of Kinki teamed up with the beautiful people at 7UP Amemura, Osaka August 13th to bring Sweet Melody the queer and non LGBTQIA+ people a multitude of drag queen entertainment! From DJ Hashi Jouzu Desu Ne`s fantastic Britney remixes to Fanny Fried Rice living out her fantasy as a bartender - shame she knocked over so many shots on the bar though!

With an audience consisting of 14 different countries at the last count, we were treated to go to karaoke songs from across the Americas, Europe and East Asia! We even had a cheeky visit from Discover Osaka and Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau who came along to feature Haus of Kinki`s and 7UP` event in their upcoming Discover Osaka promotional video to be shown at the International Gay and Lesbian Travel Agency conference in Peru this year!

Drag queen performances on the second floor pulled the Osaka community together to witness Haus of Kinki`s Nikuman.co ruin the stage during her performance of Celine Dions All By Myself. Its a wonder why shes all alone really. Fanny made a hole in the ceiling with Walking On Sunshine by Katrina And The Waves!

We had a great crowd of tourists, local foreigners and Japanese people too! It was a fantastic first edition to Sweet Melody! We will definitely have another run of the show in the coming months! Stay tuned to our events page for the most up to date Haus of Kinki show details.
